Well hello there fellow foodies, hope you’re having a fantastic holiday.  In case you’re feeling something like stoney puppy here and some cookies are sounding preeety tasty, here’s a simple but ultra tasty recipe for some
VEGAN OUTMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
preheat oven to 350
mix together in a large bowl:
 -1 1/2 cups flour
 -1 teaspoon baking soda
 -1 teaspoon salt
mix together in a separate bowl:
 -3/4 cup canola oil
 -1 1/3 cup sugar
in a small bowl, mash well
 -1 banana
then add 1/3 at a time to wet mix
mix well into wet mix:
 -2 tablespoons soy milk
 -1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
mix dry into wet, by parts
mix in
 -10 oz chocolate chips
then mix in by parts
 -2 1/2 cups oatmeal
bake for 8 minutes on
  -cookie sheets lined with parchment papaer
watch closely depending on you’re particular oven.  take out when still soft in middle at outside edges are barely golden.
